How to complain
- Email EazyConstruct first. Send your complaint tosupport@eazyconstruct.com. We acknowledge it within 2 Business Days and respond in full within 10 Business Days (Platform Terms 21).
- If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can refer it to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud at cgso.org.za. Complaints about your personal information can also go to the Information Regulator atinforegulator.org.za.
A disagreement between a client and a contractor about a job is handled through the app's dispute process instead (Platform Terms 20). A client who is a consumer can also approach the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud, the National Consumer Commission or the Small Claims Court at any time.
