EazyConstruct is built for the two people on every building job: the client who needs the work done and the contractor who does it. Both see the same signed record.
For clients
Clients are homeowners and property owners who need building work done. EazyConstruct helps you find a contractor, agree the scope in writing and pay only when you've seen the work.
Add the trade you need, a description, the location, your budget and whether it's urgent. You can also browse the contractor directory and invite someone directly.
Message contractors before anything is agreed; your phone number stays private until you sign a quote. When you pick one, everyone else who showed interest is notified that the job has been filled.
Check each line item, the materials total and the labour cost, then sign in the app. The signed quote is locked and timestamped, and signing it also signs the Project Agreement for the job.
Pay by EFT with the payment reference shown in the app. EazyConstruct holds the deposit until the contractor records the site handover, showing that work has started.
The contractor marks each work-plan stage done with photos, and you approve it or say what still needs doing. If extra work comes up, you approve or decline the change order before it goes ahead.
Once you've approved every stage, confirm practical completion and pay the final payment by EFT. Your contractor's 90-day workmanship guarantee starts then.
Once the job is complete, you can rate the contractor. Ratings build up from completed jobs.

For contractors
Contractors are general builders and specialist trades, and each contractor is listed under their trade. EazyConstruct gives you a signed baseline, written approval for extras and a clear payment schedule.
Trades contractors can list under include
Browse open jobs, filter them by trade, save the ones you like and request the ones you want. Clients can also invite you directly.
Message the client before anything is agreed, so you both know what the job involves. Phone numbers stay private until a quote is signed.
List each item with its quantity and unit price. The quote shows a materials total and your labour cost as a separate figure, and the client signs it in the app. Sending it also accepts the Project Agreement for the job.
Break the job into stages, then mark each stage done with photos as the work gets done. The client approves each one.
If something was missed, raise a change order with a short description and an amount. Nothing extra goes ahead until the client approves it.
The client pays by EFT, and EazyConstruct confirms each payment before paying you out by bank transfer. The deposit is paid out once you've recorded the site handover, and other payments within 3 Business Days of arriving or being approved.
